We are 2 chefs from Punjab North India. My name is Gurinder Singh and my friend is Manjot Singh. We are basically from Punjab and we make delicious Punjab cuisines. Every one knows punjab food is very health and we know how to make very good Traditional Indian food which I learnt from my mum, auntie, and my sister. My parents are farmers who were into grain, rice, sunflower and cornflour. We came to the UK in 2006 and started working in a restaurant by name Balbir restaurant where we improved our cooking skills and customer service. After 12 years we've decided to start our own restaurant and currently have chicken kebab, curries, vegan food as part of our menu. Also included in our menu is home food which is made with freshly cooked vegetables.
